Every fall, northern Illinois farmers set up roadside shops to get their crops to market, as well as get visitors to check out their farms. You can find several of these along a stretch of Lincoln Highway east of DeKalb. One of the largest is Kuipers Family Farm in Maple Park. It has a pumpkin farm and apple orchard, plus a lot of family attractions. These range from train rides and corn mazes to climbing walls and a "bouncing pillow." Co-owner Kimberly Kuipers says these were inspired by taking their own kids to nearby farms. "They were very nice, but there was just a lot of stuff to look at and our kids wanted to climb over everything, and were constantly getting in trouble so we thought, 'Why don't we take what we want to see for our kids, and see if we can duplicate it at our own farm?'" she said. Maggie Gyllenhaal’s first starring role was in the 2002 movie “Secretary,” a distriburbing romantic comedy about a troubled woman in a sadomasochistic relationship with her boss. Since then, Gyllenhaal has continued to push the boundaries of how sex is depicted onscreen as an executive producer and star of “The Deuce,” HBO’s drama about the beginnings of the porn industry. In a conversation with The New Yorker’s Lauren Collins, Gyllenhaal talks about her character, Candy, who leaves street prostitution to perform in porn and eventually makes her way into directing. Since the show premièred, the #MeToo movement has shed light on how women are asked to compromise themselves, not only in sex work but in entertainment and almost every other walk of life. “Many women have been asked to compromise themselves, and have done it,” Gyllenhaal tells Collins, admitting that she has moments of thinking, “Oh, my God. How did I laugh at that joke or stay in that meeting or put that shirt on?” Gyllenhaal also talks about adapting a novel by Elena Ferrante, who gave her the film rights—on condition that Gyllenhaal direct the adaptation herself.

Am I the only person who keeps accidentally almost flagging posts instead of favoriting them?

The UI for adding favorites vs flags is a bit confusing, and if I'm not the only one who finds it so, maybe we could make it clearer. The current UI strongly implies that clicking the ! is how you favorite a post:

I've been on metafilter for umpty years and I still keep trying to favorite things by clicking that exclamation point, instead of going back to [add to favorites].

This could be clarified by changing the order, but even more so by using [Flag post] instead of just a [!] - as below:

Artists and arts organizations were quick to adapt to coronavirus. Museum tours, operas, Broadway shows, author talks, home concerts and classes for kids sprung up online shortly after closures were announced. But as the dust begins to settle on our new normal, many worry about the long-term economic impact and outlook for the artists, performers and independent organizations essential to the cultural ecosystem. Doug Shipman , president and CEO of the Woodruff Arts Center, joined On Second Thought to talk about how the coronavirus pandemic is affecting the arts world now – economically, culturally, and artistically – and how that might change as things open back up.

Billy Bragg is many things: a poet, punk rocker, folk musician, and singer-songwriter. He’s also an activist, music historian, and best-selling author. I'm trying to place a video that I believe someone put in a comment in the blue a while back. It's an animated YouTube video (with stick figures IIRC) by a fairly well known channel that's about why, especially online, taking an aggressive stance, always attacking, and never admitting error works so well (it makes you look like you're winning even if you aren't and that's all that matters). I've been working with this Excel formula for a month or so. It comes from Leila Gharani's Youtube tutorial.

In this iteration, it's indexing column B, which is a list of movie names, and returning a list of every Japanese language film. Film languages are listed in column N. The formula takes advantage of Aggregate's "Ignore error" option; since Excel treats yeses as 1's and nos as 0's, dividing the aggregate results by itself returns an error for all the nos, since you can't divide by zero. Pretty clever. Then the formula multiplies the 1 by the row where it's located, and finally returns the smallest number in the list to the index function (then the second smallest, then third smallest as you drag down the formula).

My question is, how do I add criteria so the film not only has to be in Japanese, but also has to have a RottenTomatoes score of >75%, if Column T is RottenTomatoes scores? I'm feel I should just multiply the Japanese criteria by the RT criteria in brackets and then divide that product by itself, but I keep getting errors when I try this. Maybe my syntax is screwy?

And yes, I know it would be a lot easier to do this using VBA, but I'm running the workbook on Sharepoint, which doesn't support VBA.
