DART, together with Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, SEPTA, and other regional public transit operators today launched a coordinated day of action to simultaneously sound their fleet of bus horns on April 16 to honor heroic transportation workers across the region. As a tribute to #HeroesMovingHeroes on the front lines of this public health crisis, all buses running in service will give two one-second horn blasts at 3 PM in solidarity with partner agencies. UPDATE - DART is Operating a Reduced Service Level Statewide Until Further Notice

In addition to the service outlined below, starting on Thursday, March 19, Route 301 will add the weekday roundtrip leaving Wilmington at 4:20 AM, arriving in Dover at 5:42 AM; and then leaving Dover at 6:00 AM, arriving in Wilmington at 7:41 AM. Route 303 will be operating the weekday schedule. In Sussex County, Route 206 will operate on the normal weekday schedule.

 

DART public transit services are operating on the following reduced service schedule until further notice. On weekdays, regular fixed route services are operating on a Saturday service schedule statewide, with additional service on Routes 15, 18, 43 and 301. DPH Concerned About Increasing Number of Flu Cases As It Announces Additional Flu-Related Deaths

As of February 15, 2020, there have been 5,047 confirmed cases of influenza in Delaware, including 267 hospitalizations. These numbers reflect only the number of lab-confirmed cases; the actual number of cases circulating statewide is likely much higher. By comparison, at the same time in the 2018-2019 season, there were 3,264 flu cases in Delaware, including 537 hospitalizations, and 13 flu-related deaths.
