展示会セットは、国際図書館連盟（IFLA）の「絵本で世界を知ろうプログラム」により集められ、国際子ども図書館に寄贈された世界42の国と地域の絵本360冊から成ります。利用できる機関は、国若しくは地方公共団体の機関又は公共的性格を有する展示会を主催しようとする機関です。各機関が利用できる期間は、2025（令和7）年7月1日から8月31日までの間か、同年12月1日から2026（令和8）年3月31日までの間で、郵送を要する期間を除いた1か月（31日）以内です。
