Accused persons also at the aforesaid factory committed theft of gas of IGL by supplying the same to factory No. 102 (Ideal Udyog) and Factory No. 90 (Tirupati Udyog) by tapping the same and committed offence under section 379/34 of IPC. Accused persons in the alternative on the aforesaid day and factory dishonestly misappropriated or converted for their own use the gas connection entrusted to them by IGL and thereby committed the offence under section 406/34 of IPC. Both the accused persons also tried to disappear the evidence with intend to save themselves and other offenders from legal punishment and thereby committed the offence under section 201/34 of IPC.
