Under an agreement recently signed with the Center, Dr. Fesharaki has pledged to donate his full monthly take home EWC salary, which will exceed the $25,000 necessary to establish a scholarship fund. Kreifels says all applications must be filed by June 20. The Fall program, Mekong on the Move: Asia’s New Economic Frontier?, is open to Asian, Pacific Island, and U.S. journalists with at least five years experience.
