Help me remember the title of a book

I'm trying to remember the title of a book that, realistically, I probably read about somewhere here on MeFi. It's post-apocalyptic, I believe it was written by a female author.

The plot summary, as I remember it: Humanity has ruined/is in the process of ruining the environment, and so an unknown entity releases a virus(?) that makes everyone infertile. As a result, an unknown entity puts together a system of cameras, computers, etc. that will record the last days of humanity for posterity. The book is comprised of chapters about the last human on earth (female, named Sarah?), as well as flashbacks of when the world was circling the drain. There are also additional chapters that are written from the point of view of the AI(?) that is compiling the data of the last human on earth. The last human on earth is not happy about her situation, and destroys the drones and cameras that are recording her last moments.

Maybe the cover was blue?

Thanks in advance!

'Don't be THAT person!': 15+ public library stories where entitled Karens, parents, and kids ruined everyone else's experience

Going to one's local public library should be a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, as is the case with any public setting, one's experience can be profoundly affected by the actions and behavior of random strangers. You could be in a movie theater, a coffee shop, or the post office and find similar entitled behavior from Karens, parents, and kids that has the potential to ruin your day. Let's take a moment to assess the myriad of ways in which the same phenomenon can occur in public libraries.

First, there's the strange people who sit next to you despite there being plenty of space for them to sit elsewhere. Then, there's the mess a group of kids may leave at a communal table. And, of course, there is the junk food that fully grown adults refuse to clean up after they are finished. This is the kind of entitlement that makes picking up a book feel like a Sisyphean endeavor.

Keep scrolling below for this collection of mildly infuriating library moments. For more content like this, check out these frustrating movie theater fails.

'What exactly do you want from my husband?': Entitled Karen shopper grabs tall guy at grocery store to help her, tall guy's wife intervenes and calls her out

Most people want to be left alone when they're running their weekly errands. If you're tall and shopping at a grocery store, then you have probably been asked to help grab something from the top shelf on more than one occasion. In most of those scenarios, a decent human being would indulge the short shopper; that is, so long as they have been decent to you.

Here, we have an entitled Karen shopper who had the audacity to grab a tall stranger by his arm and drag him to where she wanted him to help her. The tall shopper tried to tell her to ask one of the several employees who were within earshot because he was worried that the item she was asking him to retrieve was too heavy and would cause a mess. This was all to no avail, of course.

At this point, the tall shopper had no choice but to get his wife to come over, and that was what got the entitled Karen to back off for good. Keep scrolling below for the full encounter. For more, check out this post about a 16-year-old's stage mom.

The Apostles' Creed - Sometimes titled Symbol of the Apostles, is an early statement of Christian belief, a creed or "symbol" - It is widely used by a number of Christian denominations for both liturgical and catechetical purposes, most visi

While the individual statements of belief that are included in the Apostles' Creed - even those not found in the Old Roman Symbol - are found in various writings by Irenaeus, Tertullian, Novatian, Marcellus, Rufinus, **Ambrose (about 337 A.D. - 397 A.D.), Augustine, Nicetus, and Eusebius Gallus, the earliest appearance of what we know as the Apostles' Creed was in the De singulis libris canonicis scarapsus ("Excerpt from Individual Canonical Books") of St. Priminius (Migne, Patrologia Latina 89, 1029 ff.), written between 710 A.D. and 714 A.D. This longer Creed seems to have arisen in what is now France and Spain. Charlemagne imposed it throughout his dominions, and it was finally accepted in Rome, where the Old Roman Creed or similar formulas had survived for centuries. -- {Note: The Christian Church historically has sought in large to be directed by the Gospels and the Apostolic Epistles of the New Testament - The Apostles' Creed is a classic and still currently relevant example of how true to form the Doctrines of the Church have remained in being faithful to the "common salvation" (Jude 1:3) as it was initially delivered to the Christian Church.}

Blog Titles, Cool Software

For years I've only put the date as the title of each of my blog entries. A bit boring, wouldn't you say? The date doesn't do much to help figure out what the post is about. So from now on I've decided to put something to better identify each Blog post.

Here's a site I never saw before. Put up by Intel, it's called "Cool Software" at: http://coolsw.intel.com. If you search there for "genealogy", there are two entries, one for Geni, and one for MyHeritage.

Google Ads Tests Subheadline Links Under Search Ad Title Links

Google is testing placing a second link directly under the main ad headline link, some call the title link, that pull from your Google Ads assets or extensions. It is unusual to see these links right next to each other, sometimes you'd see them as sitelinks under the ad description but not directly under the main headline link.

This was spotted by both Anthony Higman who posted it on LinkedIn and X - here are his screenshots:

And this desktop variation by Jonathan Cottrell on LinkedIn:

This seems weird but it can probably have a huge impact on an ads click through rate, but again, it is just a test right now.
