Arturo Reyes, quien recientemente dejó de ser el técnico del Junior, no quiso entrar en polémica con Hernán Darío Gómez, nuevo técnico del equipo barranquillero y quien criticó con dureza el trabajo del cuerpo técnico de Reyes al frente del equipo durante la primera parte del campeonato.

Arturo Reyes, técnico campeón del fútbol colombiano con el Junior de Barranquilla, habló de la actualidad de su equipo, de la convocatoria de Gabriel Fuentes a la Selección Colombia y de la misma Selección, entre otras cosas. En diálogo con El Alargue de Caracol Radio, Reyes respaldó las decisiones del técnico Néstor Lorenzo.
