​Andhra Pradesh​ government on Monday presented a budget of ₹2,94,427.25 crore for FY25 with a revenue expenditure estimated at ₹2,35,916.99 crore and capital expenditure at ₹32,712.84 crore. Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav, while presenting the budget in the Assembly, said the estimated revenue deficit is around ₹34,743.38 crore (2.12 per cent of the GSDP) and the fiscal deficit is estimated at around ₹68,742.65 crore (4.19 per cent of the GSDP) for the financial year.

The revenue expenditure has been budgeted at ₹2,35,916 crore and capital expenditure at ₹32,712 crore. The budget includes a separate agriculture budget outlay of ₹43,402 crore

The appeal is directed against judgment dated 06.4.2010 passed by Sessions Judge Raipur in Session Trial No.161/2008 wherein the said Court convicted appellant for commission of offence under Section 304 Part-II of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 05 years and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- with default stipulation.

2. In the present case, name of the deceased is Kalu @ Tarun Bagh. As per the version of the prosecution, on 11.6.2008 at 2 noon, the appellant and the deceased were drinking liquor in the house of the appellant. During the course of drinking, a dispute arose regarding daughter of the appellant namely Suman. On this dispute, the appellant and other persons assaulted the deceased and the appellant sat on the chest of the deceased and pressed his neck due to which the deceased become unconscious. He was taken to hospital but succumbed to the injuries. The matter was reported, investigated and the appellant was charge sheeted and convicted as mentioned above.

1.2 Notice to the respondent was dispensed with, as the respondent had not yet been summoned by the Trial Court.

2 A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the Ld. Trial Court declined to take cognizance of the complaint primarily for the reason that the complainant despite availing several opportunities had not filed the ECS mandate. Further the account statement filed did not bear any stamp and was not even signed. Sh.Bhola has, further, argued that the offence as envisaged u/sec.-25 of the Payments & Settlement Systems Act (hereinafter referred to as 'the PSS Act') was completed, when the respondent, who had taken a loan and had issued authorization to debit the amount each month from his account failed to maintain sufficient balance in his account, thereby, resulting in failure of debit of amount. It is, therefore, argued that the Ld. MM committed a grave error in dismissing the complaint as both the documents constituting the offence were on record.

Twenty-three Surat returnees were among 24 people who tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha on Saturday, taking the total cases in the state to 294, the Health and Family Welfare department said. लुधियाना में श्री हजूर साहिब से लौटे श्रद्धालु की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आने के 11 दिन बाद शनिवार को हार्ट अटैक से मौत हो गई। यह सूबे में किसी श्रद्धालु की पहली मौत है। इसके अलावा लुधियाना में ही एक अन्य ने और होशियारपुर में भी एक व्यक्ति ने दम तोड़ दिया। शनिवार को 3 मौते हुईं और 36 नए केस आए। मौतों का आंकड़ा अब 34 अौर संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या 1794 हो गई है। जालंधर में 12, लुधियाना में 7, गुरदासपुर और फतेहगढ़ साहिब में 5-5, रोपड़ में 4, मोगा, मानसा और होशियारपुर में 1-1 केस आया। लुधियाना में जिस श्रद्धालु की मौत हुई वह 29 अप्रैल को हजूर साहिब से लौटा था।

जगराओं के गांव मानूके निवासी गुरजंट सिंह (56) की 30 अप्रैल को रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई थी। इसके बाद से वह भर्ती थे। उन्हें कोरोना के अलावा कोई बीमारी नहीं थी। वहीं, डीएमसी लुधियाना में जम्मू निवासी व्यक्ति की भी मौत हो गई। उधर, होशियारपुर के तलवाड़ा में ओंकार सिंह (62) जिनकी 7 मई को चंडीगढ़ में मौत हुई थी उनकी रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है। लुधियाना में जिन 7 की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है उनमें 1 लड़की (17) है। वह टीबी की मरीज है। 2 रेलवे पुलिस फोर्स के कर्मी हैं व 4 अन्य है। जालंधर में 8 श्रद्धालुओं समेत 12 संक्रमित पाए गए। फतेहगढ़ में 3 मजदूरों समेत 5, गुरदासपुर में 5 श्रद्धालु व मानसा में 1 की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई। रोपड़ में 4 संक्रमित पाए गए।

मृतक श्रद्धालु की पत्नी बोली आज घर का खाना मंगाया था

मृतक गुरजंट के परिवार वालों ने बताया कि उन्होंने वीरवार को फोन पर उनसे बात की थी। तब उन्होंने तबीयत ठीक बताई थी और घर ले जाने की बात की थी। शुक्रवार को उनकी बेटी भी मिलने आई थी लेकिन दरवाजे से ही देखकर वापस लौट गई थी। पत्नी मनजीत कौर ने बताया कि पति मजदूरी करते थे। शुक्रवार रात फोन पर बात हुई थी। तब पति ने कहा कि था कि सुबह हॉस्पिटल आओगे तो दाल बना कर लाना। लेकिन आने से पहले उनकी मौत हो गई।
2 और मरीजों की हालत गंभीर
राज्य में अब तक 39462 संदिग्धों के सैंपल लिए गए हैं। इनमें 33639 की रिपोर्ट निगेटिव और4061 की पेंडिंग है। 161 मरीज काेरोना को मात दे चुके हैं। अब तक 34 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। वहीं, एक मरीज को वेंटिलेटर पर रखा गया है। एक अन्य ऑक्सीजन सपोर्ट पर है।

पिछला एक हफ्ता,644 केस आए, 39 लोगों ने दी काेरोना को मात, 14 की मौत
सूबे में पिछले एक हफ्ते यानी 3 मई से 9 मई तक 644 पॉजिटिव मरीज आ चुके हैं। वहीं, इस दौरान 14 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। हालांकि राहत की बात है कि इन 7 दिनों में 39 लोग भी कोरोना को मात दे चुके हैं।

कंटेनमेंट जोन में पास के लिए नहीं हो पाएगा आवेदन
रांची के हॉटस्पॉट हिंदपीढ़ी में फंसे लोहरदगा के एक व्यक्ति का ई-पास इश्यू होने का मामला शनिवार को खूब चर्चित रहा। लोहरदगा डीटीओ द्वारा जारी पास को लेकर पड़ताल की गई तो पता चला कि कंटेनमेंट जोन में कोई ई-पास मान्य नहीं है। बाद में इसे रद्द कर दिया गया। अब एनआईसीद्वारा कंटेनमेंट एरिया को साइट पर ही प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा जिसके बाद इस इलाके में आवेदन नहीं हो पाएगा। इसको लेकर रांची डीसी राय महिमापत रे की ओर से भी एनआईसी को पत्र भेजा गया है।
