Most of the popular social book marking or networking sites have some form of social media share button. A little button that with one click allows you to share an article, video or web page on there site, in the hopes that it goes viral and gets you a tonne of hits. And while these buttons are usually easy to install, most sites only have either a limited number of choices, or a one size fits all approach. This is fine if you like what they offer, but if you want something that fits better with the theme and look of your website you have to do a bit of digging around.

Google recently introduced their plus 1 button for website and blog owners to add to their sites. If you haven’t heard of this new feature it’s essentially Google’s answer to Facebooks like button and works in a similar way. It allows your viewers to “plus 1” your page or site, basically saying to the world “Hey I like this site come check it out”. It’s also currently available on Blogger and YouTube which have automatically added the new button.

Until now Facebook users haven’t had a lot of say or control over what they see in their news feeds. That’s all changed recently as Facebook launched a new subscribe button for its profile pages. This new feature allows Facebook to provide even more publicly available content for its users..................

When 9-month-old Muffin was at the park the other week with her hooman Ashley Schoon, Muffin was not her usual self. What usually was a calm bulldog was really hyper on this day. Suddenly, a butterfly decided to land itself on Muffin’s face, and Muffin became really confused and did not know what to do.

Muffin immediately calmed down and let the butterfly perch on her stomach. “I was scared she was going to try to eat it,” Schoon said. “But she decided to lay all the way flat on her back and just let the butterfly stay on her tummy.”

The little pup wasn’t quite sure what was happening, but she knew she had to be gentle with her delicate friend. Muffin sprawled in the grass, paws out, and completely vulnerable as she let the butterfly wander up her stomach and onto her chest.

Wholesome.
