Washington, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE), the association for broadcast and multimedia technology professionals, announced a joint memorandum of understanding with the Department of Defense to allow non-exclusive access to commercial spectrum at 2025-2110 MHz at 26 U.S. military sites. The bases were selected for their ability to provide streamlined access to spectrum used by broadcasters for electronic newsgathering and other purposes. DoD activities at these bases will include test and training missions to assure readiness and enhance electromagnetic spectrum superiority.

(DEPRESSION) Several years ago, I heard about “Two Benadryl and a Lifetime Movie” on the C-Word podcast and never forgot it. The depression cocktail has since become the remedy I give to myself and my loved ones who are experiencing insurmountable amounts of sadness. So I read a children's book as a kid in the 1980s that used the title quote as a running gag. Can anybody identify it? It may or may not have been a guide to surviving school. -Weak system passing through today and tomorrow will drop some flurries in Labrador... and a solid shower/flurry mix in Newfoundland on Thursday.
-Things will clear a little bit on Friday... but I think the Cloud cover will likely dominate this weekend across most of Province.
-Early to mid next week a system will be moving in from the South.
-It appears Western Labrador could see some Snowfall from this with perhaps a mix through Eastern Labrador.
-Newfoundland looks destined to see Rain from this one.

-As I mentioned in the pictures on Monday, the Snow melt along the Humber River and even in through Stephenville can also be seen.
