(United States Fifth Circuit) - Petition denied. A company's petition for review of an administrative law judge's finding of violations and imposition of a monetary penalty against a poultry processing plant following a worker injury was upheld.

Members of California’s Congressional delegation are center stage at the House Intelligence Committee impeachment inquiry hearings on Capitol Hill. I had the privilege of taking a closer look at Agnitum's Internet Security Suite called Outpost Security Suite Pro. This security suite has quite a lot under the hood so there are plenty of things to discuss.
