RBI के मोनेटोरियम (RBI Moratorium) सर्कुलर पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court of India) ने हस्तक्षेप से इनका कर दिया है. दरअसल लोन की EMI के भुगतान को लेकर 3 माह की मोहलत से जुड़े RBI सर्कुलर को उच्चतम न्यायालय में चुनौती दी गई थी.
