About the role

We are searching for a talented Software Engineer to join the Raven Random Test Generator team at the Arm Austin Design Center. As a Software Engineer on our team, you will help develop and deploy our core product, Raven – a powerful dynamic random test generator written in C++ that has been used extensively by CPU design teams throughout the Arm ecosystem for more than a decade. You will work in close collaboration with senior CPU verification engineers both inside and outside of Arm to define and develop new ways of achieving their verification goals.

The Raven team is part of Arm’s Architecture & Technology Group – the part of Arm that develops architectural specifications and technologies needed to support Arm’s partners in successful development of processors conforming to the architecture. In addition to our product for CPU verification groups, we also collaborate early and frequently with Arm’s architects to help ensure that new architectures can be verified effectively.

As a member of our team, your day-to-day work will consist primarily of design and development of our C++ tool and supporting customers and coworkers to solve verification problems. This work relies heavily upon a strong knowledge of computer architecture concepts and ability to read and understand new architectural specifications. US to return historical documents signed by Peter I and Stalin

Source: REX The US intends to return 28 documents signed by Peter the Great and Joseph Stalin in the 18th and 20th centuries to Russia.  The documents were stolen during the 1990s from Russian archives, but were later found in the United States in the course of the investigation that lasted for about six years. The US Embassy in Moscow plans to deliver the historical documents to the Russian government on March 3 in a special ceremony, despite the confrontation between the two countries.

Not that long ago, the Teikovo missile unit (Guards Order of Kutuzov missile division) took mobile ground-based Yars missile systems for exercises. Putin signs decree to increase manpower of Russian Army

Russian President Vladimir Putin has increased the number of personnel in the Russian Armed Forces. The corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information. The number of personnel in the Russian army has thus been increased to 2 million 389 thousand people, including 1.5 million military personnel. The decree of the head of state comes into force on December 1, 2024. Putin also instructed the Russian government to provide for the allocation of funds for the Ministry of Defense from the federal budget for the implementation of the decree.
