Xbox is exploring a PC gaming handheld, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer told Bloomberg. In an earlier interview with IGN, Spencer had mentioned a hypothetical “Xbox gaming handheld PC device,” which now appears to be in the early research and prototyping stage.

Spencer told IGN that he liked his Asus ROG Ally, Lenovo Legion Go and Steam Deck and that local play would be important to include if Xbox were to design a handheld console. As Kotaku noted, it's not clear what unique features an Xbox handheld would bring to the table. Still, any new piece of hardware is years away, Spencer told Bloomberg.

For now, work on the Xbox app — which works on existing handhelds — would be the priority, Spencer said, admitting it leaves room for improvement.

Starting with the living room, things appear to be clean at first glance - if a little cluttered - but Haziq soon points out in the video visible spots of black dirt hidden behind the couch. По заказу армии США и корпуса морской пехоты Willys разработала вариант машины с двойной кабиной и кузовом типа фургон. Все они были построены в 1964–65 годах. Было четыре версии — пикап M676, M677 с двойной кабиной и M678–679 Van/Ambulance.

Полное наименование фургона, которым пытаются упрекать УАЗ Буханку — 1964 Kaiser Jeep Forward Control M–679 FC–170. К тому времени УАЗ–450 с кузовом фургон серийно выпускался 6 лет!

Еще раз — Jeep Forward Control с кузовом фургон появились только в 1964 году и производился только для армии.

Возможно, конструкция Forward Control опередила свое время: к тому моменту, когда Kaiser отказался от модели Forward Control в 1965 году, все автопроизводители «Большой тройки» пробовали пикапы и фургоны с выдвинутой вперед кабиной. Но Forward Control не подходил рынка США, который всегда предпочитал стиль, основанный на мощности и скорости, стилю, основанному на эффективности. Forward Control больше походил на европейский автомобиль. Напомню, что к тому моменту на пик успеха вышел Volkswagen Transporter Type 1 – небольшой заднемоторной фургон вагонной компоновки, который производился с 1950 года. То, что Willys не предлагал модели с двойной кабиной и фургоны/минивены на гражданском рынке, можно считать большой ошибкой компании.

Компания Willys, заработавшая капитал и развившая производство за время войны, справилась с задачей гораздо быстрее. Поэтому, отдавая первенство в начале серийного производства компании Willys, за УАЗом можно застолбить выпуск первого в мире полноприводного фургона и микроавтобуса вагонной компоновки.

1. The present petition, filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 Constitution of India, seeks issuance of writ to the respondents directing respondent No.1 to not dispossess them from the premises in question. It is claimed that they are protected under Delhi Rent Control Act and the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI) cannot override the beneficial objective behind the enactment of Delhi Rent Control Act.

These four appeals filed by two separate assessees have arisen from separate appellate orders passed by learned Commissioners of Income-tax (Appeals), Ahmedabad for the assessment years, 2010-11 & 2011-12.

Since facts and issues involved in all these four appeals are similar which is agreed to by both the rival parties before us and that these four appeals were heard together, we deem it appropriate to dispose of all these appeals by this consolidated order for the sake of brevity and convenience.
