Interested on what it's like to be an attorney & Marine?  We will host a virtual law panel with three Marine Corps attorneys on Thursday, 14 Nov at 6pm EST.  During this event students and other participants will hear from young lawyers who are currently serving as Marine Corps Officers practicing law. The panelist will share their stories and share information about career paths as aMarine Corps attorney. Attendees will also have an opportunity to have questions answered.

Student teacher's job after Penn State graduation: U.S. Marine Corps

Come May 18, College of Education student Gabriela Marsh will commission as second lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. She graduated from Officers Candidate School in August 2019, completed her senior year at Penn State in the Navy ROTC program and commissions with the Marines in mid-May.

Justice Department Files Suit Against Winchester, Va., to Protect Employment Rights of U.S. Marine Corps Reservist

The Department of Justice today filed a lawsuit on behalf of Jon Fultz, a U.S. Marine Corps reservist, against the city of Winchester, Va., alleging that it violated the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) by failing to properly reemploy Fultz in September 2009 when he returned from military service during which he sustained a knee injury.
