बोर्ड के एक अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘कोई नहीं जानता है कि खेल कब शुरू होगा। स्पॉन्सर्स से लेकर फैंस की बात करें तो हमें सभी को ध्यान में रखना है। ऐसे में एक विकल्प यह है कि हम दो टीमें बनाएं। जो साथ-साथ टेस्ट सीरीज और टी-20 सीरीज खेल सकें।’

ब्रॉडकास्टर के हितों को ध्यान में रखना होगा
बीसीसीआई को ब्रॉडकास्टर के हितों को ध्यान में रखना है तो उसे दो टीमें बनानी होंगी। दिन में टेस्ट मैच होंगे और फ्लड लाइट में टी-20 मैच का आयोजन किया जाएगा। लेकिन दो टीम बनाने से पहले कोचिंग स्टाफ को भी लेकर काम करना होगा। क्योंकि एक कोचिंग स्टाफ दो जगह काम नहीं कर सकेगा। इसके पहले ऑस्ट्रेलियाई टीम ऐसा कर चुकी है। 2017 में 22 फरवरी को एडिलेड में श्रीलंका से टी-20 मैच खेलने के बाद टीम ने 23 फरवरी को पुणे में टेस्ट मैच की शुरुआत की थी। इसके लिए दो अलग-अलग टीम बनाई गईं थीं। कुछ ऐसा ही उपाय टीम इंडिया भी कर सकती है।

ऑस्ट्रेलिया दौरे पर क्वारेंटाइन रहेंगे भारतीय खिलाड़ी
टीम इंडिया को नवंबर-दिसंबर में ऑस्ट्रेलिया दौरे पर जाना है। जहां टीम को चार टेस्ट खेलने हैं। सीरीज में एक टेस्ट को और जोड़ने को लेकर बातचीत जारी है। बीसीसीआई ने इसके लिए खिलाड़ियों को दो हफ्ते तक क्वारेंटाइन रखने पर सहमति दे दी है। ऐसे में सभी बोर्ड घाटे को कम करने के लिए कम दिनों में अधिक से अधिक मैच खेलने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। यदि आईपीएल नहीं होता है तो बोर्ड को 4 हजार करोड़ रुपए के नुकसान का अनुमान है।

चीफ सिलेक्टर बोले- टी-20 से सीजन की शुरुआत हो
टीम इंडिया के चीफ सिलेक्टर सुनील जोशी ने बीसीसीआई को नए सीजन की शुरुआत टी-20 से करने का सुझाव दिया है। पिछले दिनों नेशनल सिलेक्शन कमेटी की वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस से हुई बैठक में ऐसा प्रस्ताव दिया गया। अगर बोर्ड इस पर सहमत होता है तो अगस्त में शुरू होने वाले सीजन का आगाज सैयद मुश्ताक अली टी-20 टूर्नामेंट से हो सकता है। सिलेक्शन कमेटी के मुताबिक, इससे खिलाड़ी टी-20 वर्ल्ड कप के लिए तैयार हो सकेंगे। वर्ल्ड कप के मुकाबले ऑस्ट्रेलिया में अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने हैं। अधिकतर इंटरनेशनल खिलाड़ी घरेलू क्रिकेट को प्राथमिकता नहीं देते हैं। लेकिन मौजूदा हालात में उन्हें टूर्नामेंट से प्रैक्टिस करने का मौका मिलेगा।

केरल से श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेन शनिवार देर शाम 12 सौ प्रवासियों को लेकर बेतिया रेलवे स्टेशन पर पहुंची। यह ट्रेन केरल के अल्लपूझा से श्रमिकों को लेकर आ रही है। इस ट्रेन को बेतिया स्टेशन पर शनिवार संध्या 4 बजे पहुंचनी थी। लेकिन 6 घंटे विलंब से ट्रेन करीब 8 बजे बेतिया रेलवे स्टेशन पर पहुंची। स्टेशन अधीक्षक अनंत बैठा ने बताया कि केरल से आने वाली ट्रेन अपने निर्धारित समय से करीब चार घंटे विलंब से चल रही है। ट्रेनों के विलंब से चलने को लेकर प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की परेशानी बढ़ती दिखी। वहीं कार्य पर तैनात रेलकर्मी की परेशानी भी कम नहीं रही। बेतिया पहुंचने वाले प्रवासियों की सुविधा एवं उनकी थर्मल स्क्रिनिंग कराने के लिए जिला प्रशासन की ओर से 16 काउंटर बनाए गए थे। सभी काउंटर पर जिला प्रशासन के निर्देश पर कर्मियों की तैनाती की गई थी।

डीएम सुब्रत कुमार सेन के द्वारा बताया गया है कि बाहर से आ रहे सारण जिला के 3470 लोगोंको प्रखंडों में बनाये गये 60 क्वेरेंटीन कैम्प में रखा गया है जबकि प्रखंडों में कुल 127 क्वेरेंटीन कैम्प बनाये गये है। जहां 16 हजार लोगों को आवासित किया जा सकता है। अभी तक बाहर से तीन ट्रेनें छपरा जं0 पर आयी है जिससे दो ट्रेन सूरत से तथा एक घटकेसर (तेलंगना) से आयी है। जिसमें सारण जिला के कुल 757 लोग आये हंै। प्रति दिन बिहार के दूसरे जिले से भी लोग सारण आ रहे हैं। सभी लोगों को प्रखंड क्वेरेंटीन कैम्प में रखने की व्यवस्था बनायी गयी है।

डीएम ने बताया कि 8 मई को कोटा से 350 छात्र ट्रेन के माध्यम से आरा जिला आये। जहां से उन्हें बस से छपरा लाया गया और उनके संबंधित प्रखंडों में स्वास्थ्य जांच कराकर तथा उनसे स्वघोषणा पत्र लेकर उन्हें उनके अभिभावक को सौंप दिया गया। जहां वे होम क्वेरेंटाइन में रहेंगे। डीएम ने बताया कि प्रवास से आये 134 लोगो का सैम्पल कलेक्ट कर जांच के लिए भेजा गया है जिसमें 34 का रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो गया है जो निगेटिव आया है। इस प्रकार जिला से अभी तक 907 सेम्पल जांच के लिए भेजा गया है।

जिसमें 770 का रिपोर्ट प्राप्त है। जिला में कुल 35 लोगों को जिला के क्वेरेंटाइन में तथा एक पॉजीटिव व्यक्ति को आइसोलेशन में रखा गया है। छपरा जं.पर अभी तक 9 सस्पेक्टेड व्यक्तियों की पहचान की गयी है। 10 एवं 12 मई को भी जिले में सूरत से प्रवासियों के आने की सूचना प्राप्त है। डीएम के द्वारा बताया गया है कि कोरोना संक्रमण को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन के द्वारा 320544 घरों की डोर टू डोर सर्वे कराने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था।

1,34,680 प्रवासियों को मिले एक-एक हजार
जिलाधिकारी के द्वारा बताया गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री विशेष सहायता के लिए सारण जिला के 134680 प्रवासियों के भुगतान की अनुशंसा जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग बिहार, पटना को किया गया है।
आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग द्वारा इन सभी के खाते में रूपया 1000/- की राशि हस्तांतरित की गयी है। यह कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। अब किसी का आवेदन लंबित नहीं है।

कहां कितने दर्ज कराए गए कॉल
डीएम ने कहा कि विभागीय निर्देशानुसार गठित सभी कोषांग सफलतापूर्वक कार्यरत हंै। जिला आपातकालीन संचालन केन्द्र 06152-245023 पर 4566 काॅल, जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष 06152-242444 पर 456 काॅल, स्वास्थ्य विभाग सारण, छपरा के नियंत्रण कक्ष 06152-244812 पर 1376 काॅल, प्रखंड स्तरीय चिकित्सा केन्द्र पर स्थापित नियंत्रण कक्ष पर 15182 काॅल प्राप्त हुए हैं।

लगातार तीसरे दिन श्रमिक स्पेशन ट्रेन छपरा जंक्शन पहुंची। सूरत से आने वाली यह दूसरी खेप की ट्रेन थी। गुरुवार को सूरत से पहली श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेन आयी थी और शुक्रवार को तेलंगना से आयी। शनिवार सर्वप्रथम जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक के द्वारा ट्रेन की सबसे पिछली बोगी तक जाकर निकलने वाले सबसे पहले व्यक्ति का स्वागत किया गया। इसके बाद बारी-बारी से लोगों के उतरने का सिलसिला शुरू हुआ। लोगों ने अपने धैर्य का परिचय दिया और सभी प्रक्रियाओं का समुचित रूप से पालन किया। प्लेटफार्म पर हीं लोगों को और उनके बैग या थैले को सैनिटाइज किया गया। इसके लिए टीम लगी हुयी थी।
स्टेशन पर खाने और पीने की भी की गई थी पूरी व्यवस्था
प्लेटफार्म से बाहर निकलने पर सभी की स्क्रीनिंग की गयी। जिसके लिए 14 काउण्टर बनाये गये थे और सभी काउण्टर पर दो-दो प्रशिक्षित चिकित्सा कर्मी लगाये गये थे। इसके बाद सभी लोगों को जिला प्रशासन द्वारा तैयार कराये गये फुड पैकेट्स और पानी का बोतल दिया गया। बच्चों को अलग से बिस्किट, टॉफी और कुरकुरे का पैकेट दिया गया। उसके बाद लोगों को उनके गंतव्य के जिलों में बसों के माध्यम से भेज दिया गया। जंक्शन पर काफी अच्छी व्यवस्था की गयी थी, छपरा जंक्शन को फुलों और गुब्बारों से सजाया गया था। प्रवासी यात्री छपरा पहुंच कर काफी खुश दिखे। आगंतुकों के द्वारा यहां की गयी व्यवस्था को काफी अच्छा बताया गया। छपरा जंक्शन पर आये 1206 लोगों में सबसे अधिक मुजफ्फरपुर जिला के 375, सारण जिला 321, गया के 175, पटना 169, दरभंगा के 77, पुर्णिया 28, सहरसा के 23, भागलपुर 20, और मुंगेर जिला के 15 व्यक्ति शामिल थे।
21 दिन गृह प्रखंड में बनाए गए क्वारेंटाइन कैंप में रखा जाएगा
इस अवसर पर मीडिया से वार्ता में जिलाधिकारी सुब्रत कुमार सेन ने कहा कि आये हुए सभी लोगों को उनके गृह जिला में भेजा जा रहा है जहां से उन्हें उनके गृह प्रखंड में बनाए गये क्वारेंटाइन कैम्प में रखा जाएगा। सारण जिला में भी जो 321 लोग आज सूरत से आये है। उन्हें भी उनके गृह प्रखंड में बनाये गये क्वेरेंटाइन कैम्प में भेजा जा रहा है। इस कैम्प में उन्हें 21 दिन रखा जाएगा। वहां सभी लोगों को डिग्निटी किट उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा जिसमें पहनने का कपड़ा, थाली-ग्लास, बाल्टी-मग, साबुन-सर्फ, ऐनक-कंघी, टूथपेस्ट-ब्रस आदि रहेगा। इन कैम्पों में सुबह में नाष्ता और दो बार का भोजन ससमय उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

इन्फ्लूएंजा के लक्षण वाले लोगों के लिए गए सैंपल
जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि बाहर से आये हुए 134 प्रवासियों का सैम्पल जांच के लिए भेजा गया है तथा सिविल सर्जन को निर्देश दिया गया है कि कोरेन्टाइन कैम्प में रह रहे एवं आने वाले प्रवासियों में सभी बुजुर्ग व्यक्तियों तथा इन्फ्लूएंजा के लक्षण वाले व्यक्तियों का सैम्पल लेकर जांच करा ली जाये।

55 बसों से राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों के लिए भेजे गए सभी यात्री
1206 लोगों को सूरत से लेकर स्पेशल ट्रेन छपरा जंक्शन पर पहुंची ट्रेन की अगवानी करने के लिए डीएम एसपी एसडीओ समेत तमाम पदाधिकारी तैनात थे। अफसरों ने यात्रियों का स्वागत किया फिर उनकी स्वास्थ्य जांच कराई। उनके जिलों के लिए विदा कर दिया छपरा जंक्शन से कुल 55 बसें बिहार के विभिन्न जिलों के लिए खुली।

यात्रियों ने सारण की धरती को चूमकर जताई खुशी
छपरा जंक्शन पहुंचते हे यात्रियों ने उन्होंने धरती को चूमा और फिर बहुत ही खुशी जताई उन्होंने कहा कि सारण में आ गए हैं तो हम अपने घर में आ गए हैं अब कोई टेंशन नहीं है ना ही ना ही कोई परेशानी है यात्री अमित कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि वे सूरत में एक फैक्ट्री में काम करते थे जहां पर वह किराए में रहते थे कंपनी बंद हो गई तो किराएदार ने भगाना शुरू कर दिया वह अपना किराया मांगने लगा ऐसे में घर वापस होना मजबूरी थी।
