A method for mixing a chemical into a process liquid including: injecting the chemical into the process liquid flowing through a flow pipe; forming reaction products by a reaction involving the chemical occurring in the process flow; applying an electric field or magnetic field to a region of the flow pipe adjacent to the reaction occurring in the process flow, and suppressing the precipitation of the chemical or the reaction products on the surfaces of the pipe due to the electric or magnetic field.

The invention relates to a method for precipitating calcium carbonate, in which method calcium hydroxide is introduced to a fiber suspension containing cellulose-containing fibers, the calcium hydroxide is allowed to attach onto the surfaces of fibers for a pre-determined time, and the aqueous suspension of calcium hydroxide and fibers is brought into contact with carbon dioxide for precipitating the calcium carbonate. The invention also relates to a corresponding system for precipitating calcium carbonate in connection with cellulose-containing fibers. In addition, the invention relates to a fibrous product, which comprises pulp material produced by said method and comprising calcium carbonate.

A method for locking a tire to a wheel rim, includes the steps of mounting a tubular tire locking element on the wheel rim, which tubular locking member is arranged with a valve, which valve is pushed through a hole in the rim; mounting a tire on the rim such that the tire encloses the tubular tire locking element and a pressure chamber is obtained between the tire locking element and the tire; pressurizing the tubular tire locking element via the valve such that it expands, whereby the beads of the tire are pressed against the flanges of the wheel rim; inserting a hollow needle through the tire and into the pressure chamber, which hollow needle is connected to a pressurized air source; pressurizing the pressure chamber to desired pressure, removing the hollow needle; and sealing the hole caused by the needle with sealing fluid or plug.

In the invention, at least a tire outer circumferential side portion of a tread portion is formed of a non-conductive rubber layer. The non-conductive rubber layer is formed by winding and laminating a non-conductive rubber ribbon along a tire circumferential direction. A conductive layer is provided on an outer circumference of the non-conductive rubber ribbon, and the conductive layer continuously and spirally extends along the tire circumferential direction, and is exposed on a tread surface from a bottom surface of the non-conductive rubber layer toward a tire outer circumferential side. System and method for validating software development requirements are disclosed. The method comprises accessing a software development requirement, extracting a plurality of tokens from the software development requirement, tagging each of the plurality of tokens to a corresponding part of speech, and deriving a pattern based on the plurality of tokens and the plurality of corresponding parts of speech. The method further comprises determining at least one of a context and a business domain of the software development requirement and identifying pre-defined rules for the plurality of tokens and pre-defined patterns for the pattern. In response to a positive identification, the software development requirement are validated by analyzing the plurality of tokens against the pre-defined rules and by analyzing the pattern against the pre-defined patterns. In response to a negative identification, a learning process is initiated based on intelligence gathered from a manual validation of the software development requirement.

System and method for dynamically composing an integrated open source stack are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method comprises generating a stack specification. The method further comprises extracting a list of products from an open source product repository based on the stack specification and determining a product strength value for each product present in the list of product. The method further comprises generating one or more stack options comprising at least one of the products based on the product strength value and determining a stack strength value for each of the one or more stack options based on the product strength value and the user requirements. The method further comprises selecting a stack from the one or more stack options as the integrated open source stack and composing the integrated open source stack based on at least one of product metadata, adaptor metadata, or product scripts.

Embodiments of the present application provide an application program uninstallation method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving an uninstallation instruction for a target application program (S101); deleting a specific directory in a local device to which the target application program corresponds, according to the received uninstallation instruction (S102); extracting an identifier of the target application program (S103); searching a local pre-set directory residual database to determine whether there exist any directory data that correspond to the identifier (S104), the directory data comprising at least a directory path; if such directory data exist, deleting a directory in the local device to which the directory path found corresponds, according to the search result (S105). By applying the embodiments of the present application, when the specific directory corresponding to the uninstalled application program is deleted, other directories, other than the specific directory, to which the uninstalled application program corresponds are also deleted, so that after the uninstall of the application program is completed, file residue is avoided, and the occupation of the device storage space is reduced.

An update system for the Linux operating system and a method thereof are disclosed. In the system and method, an update program can be obtained via distributed clients, to reduce a server's loading. When updating the operating system, allocation data on a user data sector is backed up and restored, so as to complete the update for the operating system. With the present technical features, the technical effect of backing up and restoring the allocation data on the user data sector, and reducing the loading of the server can be achieved.

A device, such as a web server, may execute a browser application that initiates co-browsing capabilities between a host computing device and one or more guest computing devices. In some embodiments of this disclosure, multiple UI controls of different sizes or types may be generated one by one through layout and arrangement, and the UI controls of different sizes or types may be nested with each other, and thereby UI interfaces based on different rules can be quickly implemented to meet different requirements of various products for UI control arrangement.

A method and system are provided for processing a document comprising a plurality of content portions. An editing copy of the document is generated. The editing copy includes embedded code identifying at least one task corresponding to at least one content portion of the document, the code defining at least one user interface element for presentation proximate to the at least one content portion and within the editing copy when the editing copy is rendered and presented. The editing copy is sent to a user system for rendering and presentation at the user system. When a user interface element for a task is activated at the user system, a request is sent to the system to execute the identified task; the task is executed and a result sent to the user system for presentation.

Methods and systems in accordance with the present invention allow users to efficiently manipulate, analyze, and transmit eXtensible Business Reporting Language (“XBRL”) reports. They allow users to automatically build financial reports that are acceptable to governing agencies such as the IRS. In one embodiment, the reports are developed by a parser that transforms text documents into software elements containing a format with a hierarchal relationship between the software elements, and an editor that develops reports by referencing the software elements transformed from the text documents. Methods and systems in accordance with the present invention also enable reports to be automatically scheduled by gathering desired information from an accounting system, formatting the information into an XBRL document, and transmitting it to an end source. Furthermore, systems and methods in accordance with the present invention allow a user to translate an XBRL document into RDL format and use the RDL system to manipulate and analyze it.

The present application provides a method and a device for extending a layout template of a component. The method includes determining an inheritance relationship between a component to be extended and an existing component, generating extension information of the component to be extended according to the inheritance relationship, where the extension information includes identification (ID) information of the existing component, the inheritance relationship, and content to be extended. The method further includes acquiring a layout template object of the existing component according to the ID information of the existing component, where the layout template object is configured with at least one element item of the corresponding component, and updating the element item in the layout template object according to the inheritance relationship and the content to be extended to obtain a layout template object. A layout template is extended using an inheritance relationship between objects to simplify the management of the layout templates and the complexity of maintenance and updates.

The emoji input method may include: detecting a user operation that starts an emoji conversion function; receiving a plurality of user input words; segmenting the plurality of user input words to obtain a keyword candidate; searching for an emoji corresponding to the keyword candidate based on a mapping relationship between the keyword and emojis; and displaying the emoji.

Implementations of the present disclosure are directed to a method, a system, and an article for suggesting emoji for insertion into a communication having text or other content. A plurality of features corresponding to the communication are obtained and provided to a plurality of emoji detection modules. A set of emoji and first confidence scores are received from each emoji detection module and provided to at least one classifier. A proposed set of candidate emoji and second confidence scores are received from the at least one classifier. A candidate emoji is inserted into the communication.

Systems and methods for managing a collaborative environment are provided. A plurality of sheets is stored in a collaboration system. The collaboration system tracks user interactions with the plurality of sheets and generates a collaboration graph based on the interactions. The collaboration graph is analyzed to determine similarities between the sheets and/or the users. One or more visualizations are generated based on the collaboration graph and the determined similarities. In some embodiments, the collaboration system is able to provide project management information even for dynamic workflows that are not explicitly defined.

Computer implemented systems and methods are provided for generating a predictive graphical user interface. In some embodiments, a system for generating a predictive graphical user interface may comprise at least one processor configured to receive real-time and historical data associated with utilization of a facility. The at least one processor may be configured to generate, based on the real-time and historical data, instructions to display a user interface depicting a first representation of utilization of the facility at a first time. The at least one processor may be configured to receive a request to display a second representation of utilization of the facility, the request including a selection of a second time, and generate, based on the real-time and historical data, instructions to display, within the interface, a second representation of utilization of the facility, the second representation reflecting utilization at the second time, wherein the second time is a future time relative to the first time.

Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for capturing a screen on a mobile device, the method including: receiving, at the mobile device, a screen-capturing request for a current interface, where the current interface includes first data, and the first data includes personal information; and generating, according to screen-capturing request, a screen capture image for the current interface, where the first data in the current interface is replaced in the screen capture image with second data which is predefined. These embodiments avoid the need to manually mask an image by starting a dedicated image editing tool to anonymize a screen capture image, thereby significantly lowering the relatively high technical threshold of anonymization processing, reducing the error rate, and improving the modification quality of anonymization. Moreover, the replacement is directly made to the image while the screen is captured without interfering with normal use of reading.

A method of preventing a first door on an over-the-road vehicle from moving from a closed position into an open position. The first door has a first latch assembly that cooperates with a second latch assembly to releasably maintain the first door in its closed position. One of the first and second latch assemblies is maintained in place by at least one fastener extended into a first opening. With the at least one fastener loosened, the first locking assembly is placed on one of: a) one of the doors; or b) the vehicle frame after which a fastener is tightened into the first opening to thereby: i) maintain one of the first and second latch assemblies in place and secure the operatively placed first locking assembly. With the first door in the closed position, a locking device can be connected to the first locking assembly and another part on the vehicle to thereby maintain the first door in the closed position.

A gas turbine engine according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes a windmill pump driven by a spool. A first pump driven by said spool with an air-oil cooler is located downstream of the first pump. A second pump is also driven the spool with an air-air precooler located downstream of the second pump. A method of operating a gas turbine engine during a “windmilling” condition includes driving a windmill pump with a spool during a “windmilling ” condition. A lubricant is communicated to a geared architecture with the windmill pump. A first pump is driven by the spool and an air-oil cooler is located downstream of the first pump.

A dual-line pump unit for supplying lubricant includes a reservoir having an interior for holding lubricant. A first pump is provided for pumping lubricant from the reservoir through a first main line to a lubricant distribution system. A second pump is provided for pumping lubricant from the reservoir through a second main line to the lubricant distribution system. During a first stage of operation, the first pump operates to pump lubricant from the reservoir through the first main line to the lubricant distribution system and the second pump is idle, the second main line venting back to the reservoir via the second pump. The invention relates to a method for metered dispensing of lubricants using a lubricant dispenser comprising a reservoir chamber filled with lubricant, a gas generating unit for electrochemically generating gas, a piston acted on by the generated gas for outputting the lubricant from the reservoir chamber, and an electronic control unit for controlling the electrochemical gas generation. According to the invention, the temperature of the lubricant or the environment is measured at time intervals, and an average temperature value is derived from a plurality of measured temperature values. Using stored correction values describing the temperature-dependence of the electrochemical gas generating rate, a control parameter determining the electrochemical gas generation is set for the average temperature value, having the requirement that the gas generating rate at the average temperature value corresponds to the target value that correlates to prescribed dispensing time.
