Our research activities cover a wide range of chip design challenges such as:

  • Delivering power to multi-GHz processors
  • Crafting performant and energy-efficient systems with emerging post-Moore memory and switching devices
  • 3D stacking
  • Designing microwatt sub-threshold microcontrollers
  • Realising 1 cent disposable printed electronics
