Variations in Measurement of Sexual Activity Based on EHR Definitions

The use of electronic health record systems to measure adolescent health care quality requires an operational definition of sexual activity for measuring recommended health promotion activities such as Chlamydia screening and others related to reproductive health.

This study is the first to compare operational definitions of sexual activity by using information electronically abstracted from electronic health records of adolescent females. An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale shook Tehran province early on Friday, killing two and injuring 33. The earthquake occurred at 00:48 a.m. at a depth of 7 kilometers near the city of Damavand, 56km northeast of Tehran.
