On that basis, accused Nos.6 to 15 prepared answers to the questions, entered the said answers in the same computer and copy chits in the form of print outs were prepared in respect of the question paper. Accused No.7, in turn, CRL.P. No.102200 OF 2019 :5: handed the chits back to accused No.1, who circulated them to selected students viz., accused Nos.16 to 26, who copied the answers from the chits and managed to get high rank in the examination.

4. The facts of the matter as per the petitioners in both the matters are as under:

4.1. It is stated that respondent No.1 Sri. Shashikant S. Timmapur had availed a loan of Rs.18,50,000/- in the year 2006 from ICICI Bank Limited ( 'the Bank' for short) by pledging various shares which he held in certain listed companies.

2. The subject matter of the suit was property bearing CTS No.4601/B Ward No.1 of J.C.Nagar, Hubballi measuring 431 square yards with an old building thereon.

3. The plaintiff's case in a nutshell is as follows: The defendant is the absolute owner and in possession of the suit property. For her legal necessity, she agreed to sell the suit property to the plaintiff for a consideration of Rs.25,00,000/-. On 22.11.2007, receiving advance R.F.A.No.100209/2015 4 consideration of Rs.14,00,000/- under three cheques drawn on UTI Bank, Hubballi, she executed a registered agreement of sale. Her daughter and grandchildren were also signatories to the said document. As per the schedule of payment agreed under the said document a further sum of Rs.6,00,000/- was to be paid within two months and balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- was to be paid at the time of execution of registered sale deed.

This application is filed seeking bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in respect of the offences punishable under Sections 65(A)(E), 116 and 81 of the Prohibition Act which FIR came to be registered at FIR Part-C C.R. No.11191038200118 of 2020 with Vatva Police Station.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants on instructions submits that the applicants are ready and willing to abide by all the conditions, including the condition with regard to the powers of Investigating Agency to seek remand of the petitioner; subject to the petitioner's right to oppose it.

He has submitted that Aadhar Card clearly describes that the present applicant is born in the year 2001. Moreover, it is case of the prosecution that earlier about five months ago when the deceased Kailashben had gone to the house of the complainant where she complained the complainant i.e. her brother that present applicant had wish to bring new wife as he did not like her. He has submitted that as per FIR itself there is no recent incident which led the deceased for committing suicide. The defendants approached the plaintiff for taking internet services and after negotiations the plaintiff agreed to provide services to a defendant and thereafter the plaintiff and the defendant signed customer application form (CAF) on 04.04.2015. The governor of a province that surrounds Seoul ordered the two-week shutdowns of all nightclubs, hostess bars and other similar entertainment facilities in his province to guard against a possible new surge in coronavirus cases. An Air India flight with 163 Indians landed at the Hyderabad international airport from Kuwait on Saturday night as part of the government's Vande Bharat Mission to bring home Indian nationals stranded abroad, airport sources said. The AI flight 988 landed at the airport shortly after 10 pm, the sources said. To facilitate the arriving passengers and aircraft crew, the Hyderabad International Airport has kept the international arrivals and the stretch right from the aerobridge to the arrivals ramp fully sanitized and fumigated, the sources said. It will be ensured that passengers follow social distancing norms, they said. The passengers would be screened by thermal cameras prior to immigration formalities, they said. Glass shields were provided at each manned immigration counter to avoid any personal contact between the passengers and immigration officers, they said. Three persons were rescued after the wall of a house in northern Mumbai suburb Kandivali collapsed on Sunday morning, an official said. Four to five people are possibly trapped after the wall of the house behind Sabria Masjid in Dalji Pada area collapsed and rescue operation is underway, a National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) official said.

Security forces have launched a search operation in a forest area near the International Border in Samba district after three grenades and 54 rounds of AK ammunition were recovered from the area, police said on Sunday. The explosives and ammunition were noticed by some villagers in the forest area near Goran village in Kandi belt on Saturday following which the police were informed, a senior official said. He said a joint search operation was launched following the recovery as the area used to be an old route for infiltration from across the border. A fire broke out in a cardboard factory in outer Delhi's Bawana on Sunday morning, Delhi Fire Service officials said. However, no one is trapped or injured in the incident, they said. Fourteen people were rescued after the wall of a house collapsed in suburban Kandivali on Sunday morning, an official said. Two of those rescued received minor injuries and were admitted to a hospital, he said. The wall of the ground-plus-two-floor structure, known as Dipjyoti chawl, located in Lalji Pada area collapsed early morning, an official at the disaster control room said. Some locals said the incident took place when residents were asleep and they were unable to come out.
