16 March 2016, Paris: Chaired by the Italian Minister of Justice, Andrea Orlando, the OECD will host a Ministerial Meeting on the Anti-Bribery Convention to discuss measures to strengthen implementation of the Convention and to exchange ideas on combating foreign bribery and emerging issues.

This Experts Meeting took place in Reykjavik, Iceland on 18-19 May 2017. Delegates from OECD countries shared practical experiences – successes and challenges – in implementing Gender Budgeting.

The first OECD meeting on Mining Regions will be held in Antofagasta, Chile from 5-7 October 2017. The event is a starting point for the creation of a platform to enhance cooperation among mining regions and their cities to increase productivity and well-being.

The 2017 edition of the OECD E-Leaders meeting will discuss how governments can best adapt to the growing role of advanced technologies in service delivery. Delegates will discuss the implications of the digital transformation in governments, including the skills base, the data infrastructure and approaches to the commissioning of ICT goods and services.

The 9th meeting of the Asia network on corporate governance of state-owned enterprises took place in Seoul, Korea, on 6-7 December 2016. Participants discussed measures to strengthen transparency and disclosure in the state-owned enterprise sector.
