Wickramatunga, the editor of the weekly Sunday Leader newspaper, was shot by unidentified gunmen on motorcycles as he drove to work. “Our deepest sympathies go out to Mr. Wickramatunga’s family and loved ones,” said East-West Center President Charles E.
