Job Summary
As an integral member of the team, the sales associate provides best in class service while assisting customers with their selections and purchases. (United States Third Circuit) - Affirmed the denial of habeas corpus relief to a state prisoner who claimed that his rights under the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment were infringed. Rejecting his argument, the Third Circuit concluded that there was no violation of his Confrontation Clause rights that would justify habeas relief, regardless of differences between the law in effect at the time of his trial and current law.

The court has also permanently barred Washington’s former employer, Tina Preston, and her firm, The Preston Group & Associates Inc., from preparing federal tax returns.
