The loan moratorium, as suggested by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) last month and subsequently implemented by various lenders across the country, might be able to provide some temporary relief for now but could also play a hand in changing the credit landscape of the banking sector.

It said sectors with higher leverage, such as power, telecom, roads, textiles and fertilisers, will be the major beneficiaries and account for nearly 47 per cent of the total breather available.

The percentage of applicants is in low single digit as a share of the loan book, the bank said, but this could go up as it has not put a deadline or a cut-off for people to apply.

With the first targeted long-term repo operations (TLTRO) 2.0 failing fresh funding or refinancing to the sector from this route is unlikely to exceed Rs 10,000 crore unless there is a significant change in the banks' response in the second tranche, it said.

Accordingly, all regulatory returns required to be submitted by such entities to the Department of Regulation can be submitted with a delay of up to 30 days from the due date.

Earlier in the week, the Reserve Bank had announced Rs 50,000-crore SLF-MF scheme to bailout the mutual funds facing redemption pressure.

According to sources, the RBI has conveyed to banks that there is no restriction for them to provide moratorium to NBFCs.

The RBI had earlier extended the deadline for one-time debt restructuring of MSMEs from March 31, 2020, to December 31, 2020.

Implementation of three months moratorium on repayment of loan instalments announced by the RBI was also reviewed during the meeting.

Banks could review extending the moratorium to non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) after a meeting with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Saturday.

Hi,

I am running simulation in ADEXL and need a custom function for VIVA to apply same procedure to all signals saved in output. For instance, I have clock nets and I want to get all of them and look at the duty-cycle, edge rate etc.

It is a little more involved than about part since I have some regex and setof to filter before processing but if I can get all signals for current history, I can postprocess them later.

In ocean, I am just doing outputs() and getting all saved signals but I was able to do this in VIVA calculator due to the difficulties in getting current history, test name and opening result directory

One of my customer claims that he is using Cadence IES version 18.09.011 with Vivado 2019.2. The version of IES that we officially support with Vivado 2019.2 is 15.20.073. Though the tool is forward compatible, I am not sure what are the versions of IES that are released after 15.20.073. Could you please give me a list of the versions of Cadence IES released after 15.20.073 and which is the latest version as of now ?

Variants seem to be defined as present or not present.

Is there a variant that can assign different parts to the same reference designator? i.e.  R17 can be either 0 ohm 0805 jumper or 12k ohms 0805 resistor.

The simplest way I can think of is to use two parts with the same footprint and overlay them.

Is there a more functional way of doing this?  So that the variant would put the correct part in the BOM and the parts would of course have the same identical footprint.

I've heard lots of people asking for a way to generate Makefiles for Specman code, and it seems there are some who don't use "irun" which takes care of this automatically. So I wrote this little utility to build a basic Makefile based on the compiled and loaded e code.

It's really easy to use: at any time load the snmakedeps.e into Specman, and use "write makefile <name> [-ignore_test]".
This will dump a Makefile with a set of variables corresponding to the loaded packages, and targets to build any compiled modules.
Using -ignore_test will avoid having the test file in the Makefile, in case you switch tests often (who doesn't?).

It also writes a stub target so you can do "make stub_ncvlog" or "make stub vhdl" etc.

The targets are pretty basic, I thought it was more useful to #include this into the main Makefile and define your own more complex targets / dependencies as required.

The package uses the "reflection" facility of the e language, which is now documented since Specman 8.1, so you can extend this utility if you want (please share any enhancements you make).
