John Gilbey is the Institute QA Manager for IGER and a honorary lecturer in the department of Computer Science, University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Before moving into strategic development, John Gilbey managed an IT service for 400 scientists, post-graduates and administrators. A Fellow of the British Computer Society, he teaches a course in Internet Services Administration for the Department of Computer Science at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. John Harrison is the CEO of Maxsi. Maxsi are developers of eVisit Analyst, a range of advanced Web site analysis tools used by universities such as Northumbria and Exeter. John participated in the panel session on "Dealing with the Commercial World: Saviour or Satan?"
