Yang-Mills gauge theory on Minkowski space supports a Batalin-Vilkovisky-infinity algebra structure, all whose operations are local. Unsupervised machine translation (MT) has recently achieved impressive results with monolingual corpora only. However, it is still challenging to associate source-target sentences in the latent space. As people speak different languages biologically share similar visual systems, the potential of achieving better alignment through visual content is promising yet under-explored in unsupervised multimodal MT (MMT). In this paper, we investigate how to utilize visual content for disambiguation and promoting latent space alignment in unsupervised MMT. Our model employs multimodal back-translation and features pseudo visual pivoting in which we learn a shared multilingual visual-semantic embedding space and incorporate visually-pivoted captioning as additional weak supervision. The experimental results on the widely used Multi30K dataset show that the proposed model significantly improves over the state-of-the-art methods and generalizes well when the images are not available at the testing time.

We consider generic optimal Bayesian inference, namely, models of signal reconstruction where the posterior distribution and all hyperparameters are known. Under a standard assumption on the concentration of the free energy, we show how replica symmetry in the strong sense of concentration of all multioverlaps can be established as a consequence of the Franz-de Sanctis identities; the identities themselves in the current setting are obtained via a novel perturbation of the prior distribution of the signal. Concentration of multioverlaps means that asymptotically the posterior distribution has a particularly simple structure encoded by a random probability measure (or, in the case of binary signal, a non-random probability measure). We believe that such strong control of the model should be key in the study of inference problems with underlying sparse graphical structure (error correcting codes, block models, etc) and, in particular, in the derivation of replica symmetric formulas for the free energy and mutual information in this context.

It involves collecting a large number of annotations from several, often naive untrained annotators for each data instance which are then combined to estimate the ground truth. Further, annotations for constructs such as affect are often multi-dimensional with annotators rating multiple dimensions, such as valence and arousal, for each instance. Most annotation fusion schemes however ignore this aspect and model each dimension separately. In this work we address this by proposing a generative model for multi-dimensional annotation fusion, which models the dimensions jointly leading to more accurate ground truth estimates. The model we propose is applicable to both global and time series annotation fusion problems and treats the ground truth as a latent variable distorted by the annotators. The model parameters are estimated using the Expectation-Maximization algorithm and we evaluate its performance using synthetic data and real emotion corpora as well as on an artificial task with human annotations

जिले में काेराेना का एक पाॅजिटिव केस मिलने के बावजूद लाेग लाॅक डाउन की पालना काे लेकर गंभीर नहीं दिख रहे हैं। लाॅक डाउन के उल्लंघन पर अब तक पुलिस 3 हजार 311 वाहन चालकाें के चालान बनाकर 5 लाख 79 हजार रुपए वसूल चुकी है। 20 लाेगाें काे गिरफ्तार कर 7 के खिलाफ आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम के तहत मामला भी दर्ज किया है। 5 लाेग बिना मास्क घूमते मिलने, लाॅक डाउन उल्लंघन कर शराब परिवहन करते भी 9 लाेगाें काे गिरफ्तार किया है।

402 बाइक, चारपहिया वाहनाें काे जब्त किया जा चुका है, जाे लाॅक डाउन के बाद छाेड़े जाएंगे। 60 युवा पुलिस मित्र और 122 समाजसेवी पुलिस का कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर लाॅकडाउन काे सफल बनाने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं। पुलिस की सख्ती के बावजूद लाेग समझ नहीं रहे हैं। एसपी भुवन भूषण यादव ने बताया कि लाॅक डाउन की अवहेलना पर जिलेभर में कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

364 निजी वाहनाें की दी स्वीकृति: परिवहन विभाग से लाॅक डाउन में अब तक 1573 आवेदन वाहनाें से यात्रा करने की मंजूरी देने के लिए आचुके हैं। इस पर ज्यादा जरूरी हाेने पर 364 निजी वाहनाें काे यात्रा करने की अनुमति दी गई। डीटीओ अनिल पांड्या ने बताया कि ज्यादा जरूरी हाेने पर ही यात्रा की अनुमति दी जा रही है।

60 पुलिस मित्र सहित 182 लाेग कर रहे पुलिस की सहायता: एसपी यादव ने बताया कि लाॅकडाउन में 60 पुलिस मित्र और 122 समाजसेवी धूप में भी पुलिसकर्मियाें की सहायता कर रहे हैं। वे जवानाें काे जरूरत वाली वस्तुएं भी दे रहे हैं।
