लॉकडाउन में सभी लोगों का स्वास्थ्य बना रहे इसके लिए रामगढ़ नगर परिषद उपाध्यक्ष मनोज महतो इन दिनो रोजाना जरूरतमंदों के बीच मास्क, साबुन तथा अनाज का वितरण कर रहे है। रविवार को भी उन्होंने क्षेत्र के वार्ड नं0 एक एवं दो के सांडी, तिलैया, धनहारा में करीब 1000 मास्क एवम साबुन का वितरण किया। मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र के लोगों का स्वास्थ्य बना रहे इसके लिए उनको हर संभव मदद किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने लोगों से सोशल डिस्टेंस बनाकर रहने ,लॉकडाउन में घर से निकलने से पहले मास्क लगाने व खाना खाने से पहले साबुन से हाथ धोने की लोगों से बात कही । मौके पर आजसू जिला मीडिया प्रभारी जयकिशोर महतो, तीर्थलाल बेदिया, भीम महतो, युगल महतो, रामप्रसाद बेदिया आदि मौजूद थे।

रविवार देर शाम अचानक आए तेज आंधी तूफान और बारिश के कारण हरिपुर रोड ग्राम माधोपुरा में कृषक अवधेश श्रीवास्तव का पाली हाउस पाली हाउस नष्ट हो गया।उन्होने बताया की 4000 वर्ग मीटर में फैले इस पाली हाउस में गुलाब की खेती की जा रही थी।
चूंकि कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण लगे लॉक डाउन के दौरान गुलाब की फसल को पहले से ही काफी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा था। इसके बाद कल रविवार को आए इस आंधी तूफान के कारण पाली हाउस उखड़ कर नष्ट हो गया। कृषक अवधेश श्रीवास्तव ने प्रधानमंत्री कृषक योजना के तहत अपने पाली हाउस का निर्माण करवाया था जो 4000 वर्ग मीटर में फैला हुआ है। जिसमें गुलाब की खेती की जा रहीं थी परन्तु लॉकडाउन के चलते पिछले दिनों से गुलाब के फूल की बिक्री बंद थी जिसके कारण कृषक को अत्यधिक नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा था। ऐसे में बीती अचानक आंधी तूफान ने पूरे पाली हाउस का विध्वंस कर दिया जिसमें पुरा पॉली हाउस नष्ट हो गया।

लॉकडाउन में प्रदेश के अन्य राज्यों में फंसे मजदूरों की सहायता के लिए मुख्यमंत्री प्रवासी सहायता योजना शुरू की गई है। इसके क्रियान्वयन के लिए राज्य शासन ने राजगढ़ सहित प्रदेश के कलेक्टर्स को दिशा निर्देश जारी किए हैं।
योजना में प्रवासी मजदूरों की जानकारी, पता, मोबाइल नंबर आदि की जानकारी एकत्रित कर तात्कालिक आवश्यकता भोजन, दवा आदि के लिए उन्हें 1000 रुपए दिए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने 15 अप्रैल को इस योजना की शुरुआत की है। अभी तक अन्य राज्यों में फंसे प्रवासियों की मोबाइल नंबर सूची अपडेट की जा रही है। प्रदेश के सभी कलेक्टरों को भेजे गए विस्तृत परिपत्र में योजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए दिशा निर्देश दिए हैं।
योजना का लाभ उन प्रवासी मजदूरों को मिलेगा, जो मप्र के मूल निवासी होने के साथ योजना के लागू होने की दिनांक तक अन्य राज्यों में प्रवासी मजदूर हों। सभी कलेक्टर योजना के पात्र मजदूरों की जानकारी विभिन्न स्रोतों से एकत्र करेंगे। यह जानकारी राहत आयुक्त को दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा राज्यस्तरीय कॉल सेंटर में सीधे ऐसे प्रवासियों की जो जानकारी आएगी, उसे मैप आईटी को हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा।
जानकारी सत्यापित होने पर खाते में आएगी राशि: कलेक्टर को जैसे-जैसे सत्यापित जानकारी प्राप्त होगी वैसे-वैसे संबंधित व्यक्ति के बैंक खातों में राशि जमा करवाएंगे या किसी ई-वॉलेट जैसे पेटीएम, फोन-पे, योनो आदि से भुगतान करेंगे। राज्य स्तरीय समन्वयक अपने-अपने निर्धारित जिलों में इसकी निगरानी करेंगे। कलेक्टर यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि प्रत्येक पात्र मोबाइल नंबर पर एक ही भुगतान किया जाए। साथ ही एक ही व्यक्ति को एक से अधिक बार भुगतान न हो।
सभी जिलों में वितरित की गई राशि के संबंध में हितग्राही का संपूर्ण विवरण, बैंक अकाउंट नंबर, वितरण दिनांक आदि की सभी जानकारी का संधारण जिला स्तर पर अनिवार्य रूप से करने को कहा गया है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा ऐसे प्रवासी श्रमिकों के संबंध में समन्वय स्थापित करने के लिए तय किए गए। राज्य स्तरीय समन्वयक अपने-अपने निर्धारित जिलों में इसकी निगरानी करेंगे।

इस प्रक्रिया में सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए मोबाइल नंबरों का डी डुप्लीकेशन, उपलब्ध मोबाइल नंबरों की मोबाइल टॉवर के आधार पर लोकेशन पता लगाना और राज्य के बाहर के नंबरों को सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा। सूचीबद्ध मोबाइल नंबरों को जिलेवार विभाजित किया जाएगा। इसके बाद मैप आईटी द्वारा जो सूची कलेक्टर को उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी, उन मोबाइल नंबर पर कॉल करवाकर संबंधित का नाम, पिता का नाम, पूरा पता, ग्राम, निकाय, ब्लाक, तहसील और जिला, मोबाइल नंबर, आधार नंबर, समग्र आईडी, बैंक अकाउंट विवरण आईएफसी सहित जहां व्यक्ति फंसे हैं, वहां क्या व्यवसाय कर रहे थे यह जानकारी एकत्र की जाएगी। सत्यापन हाेने के बाद राशि उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

मंडी में खुली नीलामी व्यवस्था सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग बनाने के लिए इस बार लागू नहीं की। सौदा पत्रक व्यवस्था के माध्यम से पिछले कुछ हफ्तों से किसानों की फसल व्यापारियों द्वारा खरीदी जा रही है। तीन बार नियमों में बदलाव भी किए, लेकिन उमड़ रही किसानों की भीड़ से यह व्यवस्था भी धराशायी हो रही है। शुक्रवार को जब मंडी खुली तो 1 हजार से अधिक ट्रॉलियां लेकर किसान पहुंच गए। गेट पास लेने के बाद ट्रॉलियों से नई मंडी में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग बिगड़ गया। वहीं सौदा पत्रक व्यवस्था भी खुली नीलामी की तरह हुई। ट्रॉलियों पर एक साथ पहुंचकर व्यापारी भाव तय करते हैं। ऐसे में बोली भी लग रही है। अंतर सिर्फ इतना है कि खरीदी होने के बाद सौदा पत्रक पर जानकारी भरकर किसानों को दी जा रही है।
