Piri Piri Chicken

It's one that came from the Portuguese colony of Mozambique. Don't let the chili put you off, I've got a two year old daughter who loves this. I used to wonder how the Portuguese got this level of flavour and the trick is, in the marinade, use lemon juice or vinegar. The acid cuts right through and gives a level of authenticity.
