25-26 April 2018, Tokyo - This event will bring together key stakeholders from the Asia Pacific region to discuss policy issues relevant to the sound development of insurance and private pensions markets.

The Roundtable offers a forum for regulators, policy makers, experts, practitioners, scholars and international organisations in Asia. This year’s edition will focus on recent developments in capital markets, future capital markets facing the challenge of new financial technology and responsible, viable, and lifecycle infrastructure investments.

Mumbai, India - The 2014 Roundtable focused on improving public supervision and enforcement in Asia, the governance and performance of listed SOEs, risks and opportunities for family-owned business groups and the revision of the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.

This roundtable provided a forum for dialogue on building responsible supply chains in the textile and garment sector that contribute to inclusive growth and sustainable development, in line with the OECD and ILO recommendations. The Roundtable also identified challenges and areas for future collaborative action.

29-30 October, Bangkok - The 2015 Roundtable will focus on family-businesses in Asia, institutional investors, disclosure of beneficial ownership and control. It will also discuss the progress made so far in implementing the Roundtable's recommendations.

9 December 2016, Paris: Held on International Anti-Corruption Day, this roundtable provided an opportunity for governments, the private sector, civil society, and the media, to reflect on the liability of legal persons following more than 15 years of work by the OECD Working Group on Bribery to promote its application for foreign bribery.

19 December 2016, Paris: On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, this roundtable convened a wide range of stakeholders from international organisations, governments, business, civil society, and academia involved in working with the Guidelines.

Tokyo, Japan - 19-20 October 2017: The 2017 roundtable took place on 19-20 October in Toyko, Japan. This event provides a unique platform to analyse progress and address remaining challenges with respect to the corporate governance framework in Asian economies.
