Disclosed is a new type of goods container which allows for economical transportation of bulk solids, especially low grade particulate matter. The container has a casing formed from woven metallic strips and is sealed from the inside. It is very strong and rigid providing it has been correctly filled and compacted. Novel apparatus for constructing the container is also provided as one method of filling and compacting the material to be transported. The container can be easily and quickly constructed at the filling site and scrapped at the end of its journey.

A configurable container-support frame is disclosed. The frame includes at least two sections, each section including at least three substantially parallel telescoping members, each connected to two other members by a cross member that is substantially perpendicular to the telescoping members. The telescoping members of one section telescopically engage with the telescoping members of at least one other section and the engaged sections define a configurable volume. A resultant emission direction of the fill level measurement device is changeable by the control circuitry by controlling a position of the antenna apparatus and by controlling an emission and/or receiving angle of the antenna apparatus.

A plant container assembly, method, and kit include a plant container with a sidewall having first and second sidewall portions, an open top, and an open bottom. A hinge member is on the sidewall between the open top and the open bottom and pivotally connects the first and second sidewall portions for movement between an open position of the plant container, and a closed position of the plant container forming an interior space capable of containing plant growing medium.
