Shortly after that, the Keene resident landed an internship as a “cub reporter” with a local journalist, following her to public meetings and learning how question people powerful people—most of them men. Rain showers will begin moving in from southern Minnesota early Tuesday, marking the arrival of the last low pressure system before a drier pattern sets in from Wednesday through Friday. Expect highs in the mid-40s on Tuesday, with temperatures gradually warming to the low 50s by Friday.

Rain chances will increase Saturday night into Sunday morning, on the backside of a low pressure system as it moves towards the Great Lakes region. Precipitation amounts of between a tenth and a quarter of an inch are possible.

Cloudy skies and scattered showers will persist into Sunday morning as a low-pressure system tracks from southeastern Minnesota into central Wisconsin. Temperatures will cool briefly to seasonal averages on Monday, followed by a warm-up and breezy winds as the week wraps up.

Expect lingering cloud cover into Sunday night, with northwesterly winds picking up. A dry cold front will pass through, causing temperatures to dip slightly on Monday. After that, a pleasant warming trend is expected through the end of the work week.

Chilly high pressure has settled in behind the weekend system. High temperatures will be cooler Monday and Tuesday, but near normal. The next chance of rain develops Wednesday.

One of them is titled the "Main Directorate of Airborne Troops of the Red Army." The document had been drafted literally a few days before the beginning of the war in 1941. Another document determines the combat composition of airborne units that started fighting against fascist invaders in September of 1941. The publication also includes the combat characteristics of the commander of the 49th Guards Rifle Division, Colonel Margelov, who subsequently became the legendary commander of the Airborne Forces.The main symbol of Russia's Airborne Forces - the blue beret - was approved in 1969 by Marshal of the Soviet Union Andrei Grechko.

DPRK Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui arrived in Vladivostok, Russia, on October 29. From Vladivostok, the minister traveled to Moscow, a message posted on the official Telegram channel of the Russian Embassy in North Korea said. The North Korean Foreign Minister is visiting Russia as part of the strategic dialogue that took place between the leaders of the two countries in the June 2024 summit. Choe Son-hui's visit to Moscow is taking place in the midst of discussions in the West about the alleged involvement of DPRK military personnel in combat operations in Ukraine. On October 18, South Korean intelligence said that 1,500 North Korean soldiers were already at Russian training grounds in the Far East, from where they would be sent to Ukraine. The intelligence service later reported a larger number — 3,000 soldiers.
