For Canadian in-house counsel, the duty to avoid conflicts of interest presents special challenges due to the nature of the relationship of in-house counsel to their employer. This webinar will enable in-house counsel to effectively navigate the conflict rules in the Canadian legal system, and provide participants with the knowledge to successfully implement best practices to avoid conflicts of interest.
