Investing app Robinhood just announced a $280 million Series F at a $8.3 billion valuation.Previous investor Sequoia Capital led the round, with participating from NEA, Ribbit Capital, 9Yards Capital, and Unusual Ventures.Robinhood has added three million funded accounts since the start of the year.
