Social media users have adopted the troupe as a dark-humoured symbol of death in the time of Covid-19.

The video, shared online by lead pallbearer Benjamin Aidoo, shows the seven men dressed head-to-toe in white, complete with gloves and face masks as they applaud doctors.

Dressed in white suits and faces covered with masks, the band members applaud the doctors and say, 'You are working hard to take care of everyone. Remember, stay our hope.'
